For DCTV, community isn’t just a matter of location, communities often come together around interests, shared challenges and experiences. One sector of society that brings this notion of community into relief is the disabled community. Over the past year we’ve strove to make ourselves a useful tool for this community in their advocacy work and as they reflect on their experiences.
