The Annual General Meeting of Dublin Community Television Cooperative Society Ltd. will be held at 5.30 pm on Friday 28th November 2025 at the Dublin Business School, Aungier Street, Dublin 2.
The preliminary Agenda for the AGM is included below. The Financial Statements, a final list of candidates for election to the Committee of Management and any Motions received will be sent out prior to the meeting.
Motions: Members may propose Motions for consideration at the AGM which should reach us at dctvbulletinboard@gmail.com by Friday 21st November 2025 . Motions must be stated in the positive. Motions should not exceed 200 words. Motions must be proposed and seconded. A Motion shall be deemed rejected if opposed by 40% of the delegates.
Nominations for the Committee should be proposed and seconded by members and reach us at dctvbulletinboard@gmail.com by Friday 21st November 2025 .
Committee members standing for re-election may go forward without nomination. Committee members co-opted since the last AGM should be ratified at this AGM. An election will be held at the AGM. To be elected candidates should receive votes from at least 50% of the members voting. The Committee also has the discretion to co-opt members and is well-disposed to including members who may later express a wish to serve.
